To access your online portal, click reach.com/login. Enter your email address and if you are logging in for the first time, select Forgot Your Password to receive an email to create a new one.
If you are seeing a screen that shows "Final Review" and unable to access your loan information:
Clear your internet browser’s cache and log in to see if your details refreshed.
Log in using a different internet browser.
If you are receiving an 'Invalid Email" error:
Manually type in your email address. Do not use autofill or paste your email address into the field.
Log in using a different internet browser.
If you are receiving an "Invalid Password" error:
On the Member sign-in page click "Forgot Password" then type in your email address. An email with a reset password link will be sent to you. Your password must can one upper case, one number and no special characters.
If you did not receive the forgot password link, check your spam folder.
