To receive a referral credit, your friend must sign up with your referral code and make their first payment towards their debt. Any credits you receive will be applied when you make your final payment on one of your payment plans.

The following are reasons why you may not see the credit on your account if the person you referred has met the requirements:
Your friend already had an account
Your friend didn’t sign up using your referral code
Your friend wasn’t eligible for a payment plan
Your friend hasn’t made their first payment
Your friend’s payment plan was canceled
