What if my payoff loan application expires?

Updated over a week ago

If your application expires, it means we weren’t able to finish processing it—usually because we didn’t receive required information in time (like income or identity verification).

Applications typically expire after 30 days if we don’t hear back from you.

If that happens, you’ll need to start a new application from the beginning, which includes another hard credit check. We can’t restart or continue an expired application.

To avoid this, keep an eye on your email, phone calls, and text messages. If we need anything from you, we’ll reach out—responding quickly helps keep things moving smoothly.
